We were recommended to go to North West Fireplace Centre by a friend and we were not disappointed. From walking into the shop nothing was too much trouble for Steph and Paul, the range to meet all budgets is amazing, we were spoiled for choice. Paul and Mason fitted the fireplace plus fire and they did an excellent job and carried on the can do attitude we experienced in the shop.

Lovely to see a family run business that is professional, engaging to the customer and total experts in their field. We are really pleased to have found this jewel of a business in our local area and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Our lounge has been transformed recently by Tony and his team and to say we are delighted would be a massive understatement. From the moment we visited the showroom (by far the best selection on display in the area and we went to a lot!) throughout the design consultations and through to the installation, we have been amazed by the quality and professionalism of everyone – nothing was too much trouble. I don’t normally like the saying “above and beyond” but this was exactly what they are about.

We have had quite a lot of work done to the house previously but these guys were by far the best in terms of being courteous, respectful, tidy, arriving exactly when they say they will and most importantly completing the job when they promised. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and his team – absolutely faultless!

Cannot rate North West Fireplace Centre highly enough, would definitely recommend them. From our initial visit to the showroom where we met Tony and Paula, they were so helpful and friendly. Tony is fantastic, was completely honest and helped us with the design of our fireplace to make the most out of it and it was so much more than fitting a fireplace, it was more like interior design!
